Michele Harkins cleaning service – A CURSORY JOB filled with Bulls**t ...DO NOT HIRE!
I told Michele that I needed a deep thorough cleaning of my empty apartment.
I pointed to places I wanted cleaned. She said ok & I left. When I returned I noticed that my neighbor’s metal railing next to the driveway was lying on their stairs. I checked only a few spots in the apt, before I paid them. Little on the 3rd flr was cleaned. I sent photos to Michele. She said she would return to clean again for free. My neighbor called me about her broken railing. Our security cameras showed that MICHELE HAD DRIVEN INTO THE RAILING, KNOCKING IT DOWN & SAID NOTHING! She even inspected her car afterward.
After she left...the stainless steel fridge was polished, but OVER THE DIRT! The wood floors were hazy & the sooty walls were still sooty (less, but still). The base of the toilet was clean on 1 side, not the side that faced the wall & more.
She promised to pay for the broken railing...still waiting.
