Not sure about the last review as she seems to post negative stuff on folks stuff for no reason. However, she's done a excellent job on my grandkids, my daughter and myself. I had made an appointment with Ms Monique and it was a mistake! At the day of apppointment she called and warned about the delay in a couple of hours but it has now been 4 days and I have not yet to hear from her. Completely disrespectful of my time. Would not recommend.
