Horrible Experience! I paid for a package that included two characters (elmo and cookie monster). They confirmed that they were coming days before the party. On the actual day of the party, they not only showed up late, but Elmo was missing sleeves and cookie monster was FILTHY and they both smelled of weed! They did not play any music and the "characters" did not interact with my guests whats so ever.
To top that off, for a 15 minute visit, where they were not friendly or fun, they charged me a "travel fee" - which they apparently charge all their customers.
I called the woman to get my money back and she told me for months that she will send me a refund, but i never received one.
BEWARE! I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN AND I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT EITHER!
