I would give zero stars if possible. Patrick is rude and unprofessional. Do not let this person into your home. When I inquired about his services and mentioned that I already have a contractor and just wanted to hire additional help, he was upset and said I am 'wasting his time', and I'm not 'real'. I'm unsure I understand where that came from. Meanwhile, he doesn't have a license as a contractor, so I could not even hire him if I wanted to. I guess he didn't want anyone looking (judging) at his work (and there must be a reason for that) because he did not want to work under my contractor. This is fine, and I can accept that of course. But what was appealing is the flurry of nasty and harassing text messages he sent me. I would never hire someone who treats his clients like this.

No Ka Oi Drywall: From the beginning I asked u to call me so I know that u r real. U never called I said since u have a Contractor why call me ? When customers don’t call me to talk story they are usually not real. That’s why I said call me so I know u r real and do need work done. Never sent nasty text to u. By the way I do have a license and General Liability Insurance! I am a professional and have been doing this for awhile. I asked for your address and name to call me so we can work this out! U never called even after several text messages to call! I don’t know why but u r just did not reply like I asked
