Natalia is the best cleaner I have ever worked with. Our house feels fresh after she has been here, and I never feel like I need to re-do anything she has done (as I have with other cleaners). She treats our home and belongings with care, for a reasonable price that is totally worth it!

Natalia has been regularly cleaning our home for over 5 years. She is extremely reliable, professional, and accommodating - frequently altering her schedule to fit changes in our availability even if it means ending up in rush hour traffic. The quality and thoroughness of the cleaning she is able accomplish within the time she is here is unmatched - we have used other cleaners who easily took twice the amount of time and never attended to such details as window sills, microwave ovens, book shelves, and toaster ovens on a regular basis. Her prices are very fair and she doesn't use any harsh chemicals. But most importantly, she is a wonderful person that our children love and someone we trust unconditionally. I would highly recommend her services.

Natalia is simply excellent at what she does. She works hard, efficiently, thoroughly, and is very diligent about getting every detail of cleaning just right. She is responsive to requests to do an additional task from time to time. She always seems happy. And she doesn't make the usual mistakes that many housecleaners make: show up late, take lots of breaks, answer phone calls and talk for 15 minutes, start telling you about their personal problems, ask for advance payment, etc. It's a relief not to have to deal with any of those things. She's managed to find a way to clean my wood floors so that there aren't obvious streak marks. She's willing to clean my cats' litter boxes with no complaints. I've enjoyed her work so much that I've hired her for both my home and my office. She's a gem. Please consider her for your home/office. You won't regret it!

We love Organic Janitorial Services and their team. My wife is disabled and can't do a deep cleaning (windows, ceiling, moved furniture), and I work long hours. So time to time we hire cleaners. The best one is this company (in Albany). Always on time, work fast and don't ask too many questions. We would most definitely recommend going with them!
