Payless Quality Moving

as a small business owner i prefer to support small businesses called around the owner (whom i spoke with) seemed very accommodating i gave him details of the items i had and asked him if he was comfortable mounting my tv he said yes i have a small two bedroom apt 3 pieces of furniture dresser bed light weight glass desk. i have incurred about 400$ worth of damage movers didnt plastic wrap anything my box spring and mattresses filthy scuffed and had splinters the computer desk is now missing a glass shelf. the owner never informed the movers to install the tv mount and the mover didnt know how. i would have been better off paying friends to help but i wanted professionals because i didnt want my belongings damaged. i texted the owner telling him what happened and asking for compensation and nothig

Good company. Jordan was very polite and his workers were polite and handled my move on time and carefully. They made sure they wrapped all of my items so nothing would get broken. Everybody was professional. Don’t let the reviews get you not to hire this company. All companies has a couple of negative reviews but that don’t mean there not a good company. I would hire these guys again.

Jordan was very helpful but he had his gf helping and she was struggling with my bed and few more items. I wanted to tell him to make her stop but I felt it wasn’t my place she looked like she didn’t feel well and he kept pushing her to go when he knew she really couldn’t. He came on time and took care of my few items but he needs to have guy workers to help him instead of his gf. Good company I would re-hire again.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a moving company. I have not even completed my assessment of damages that these "un-professional" movers did to my personal belongs. They were over 12 hours moving a 4 BR single-family home to another 4 BR single-family home, less than 15 miles apart. They showed up with a U-Haul truck and no blankets/shrink wrap/Boxes for T.V's or mirrors nothing, but 3 men and a truck. These men drug, dropped, smashed/mashed and twisted/turned my boxes and furnishings upside down and sideways throughout the move. There was no uniformed way or methodic plan or strategy to there packing and loading which is partly to blame for there longer than usual time to get my items loaded. This was partly because of poor planning for the size home they were moving and the truck size that they showed up with. I would not recommend this company to another living soul. I am up to and still counting about $1000.00 already. "STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR PROPERTY!!!"
