I am writing a formal complaint against TKO Construction Landscaping & Custom Design regarding their contractor, Peter Reyes. He has failed to fulfill contractual obligations, shown unprofessionalism, and been unresponsive throughout the project. Specifically:
Failure to Complete Agreed-Upon Work: The initial agreement outlined the construction of a privacy wall, which Peter has not completed as agreed upon.
Lack of Responsiveness and Missed Appointments: Peter has been unresponsive and failed to honor scheduled appointments, causing significant delays and inconvenience.
Attempted Additional Charges for Included Work: Peter is now demanding additional payment for the continuation of the privacy wall, which was originally included in the project's cost.
TKO Construction Landscaping & Custom Design's actions violate ethical business practices and breach our contract.
