After three attempts over two months to do a good job, I'm going to have to hire someone else to fix their sub quality work. Chatter from improper use of sanding machines. Saw dust and debris embedded in the finish. Brush and mop marks in an uneven finish. Drips in the finish. Complete waste of time and money.

We returned to the job twice and completely redid the floor, at no cost to you, costing us $1,000, not even including labor. Have been in flooring for 27 years, owning and operating our own business for over 13 of those years. For you to think and act as if you are more knowledgeable of hardwood floors due to looking at the internet is preposterous. You have created fake business profiles in order to post many bad reviews. We offered your money back, since you were essentially blackmailing us to make this situation to go away, although we were advised by several knowledgeable professionals and attorneys that was not what we should do in this situation. In all of these years, and the thousands of floors we have worked on, this has never happened. Seems you have nothing better to do than harass us and try destroy the small family business that supports our children and grandchildren.
