They called the day before and confirmed they were coming at 8 am but they never showed up. An hour later I try to call but get not response, then they call back basically saying the crew accidentally slept in because they had another move that ended at 4:30 am and no one thought to call or text us and let us know. After I then told them I would no longer need their services this guy had the audacity to to tell me it would cost HIM an extra $180 charge if they no show and that they could try to be there in 20 mins (almost 2.5 hrs after they were supposed to come). Not once did I receive an apology, he continued to make me feel guilty for not giving them the job they were very late for. I was absolutely stunned and disgusted with the way this company handles their customers.
