Took my materials, tools, strung me along, walked off the job. Watch out he'll also try to get you to join his team of one to flip houses as well. Con man watch it.
I contracted Ricky to do a backsplash, tile two bathroom floors, and one shower. The backsplash is lacking one tile, the floor is uneven in one of the bathrooms, and he ghosted me and took my money before finishing the shower and the other bathroom. I now have to pay other contractors to fix everything he messed up. He also stole the faucet handle for the shower he demo’d but didn’t tile. Overall I’m out $800 that I paid him + cost of replacement tile + cost of demo and repair of what he did.
