We had used them to move and store our items until we could back from canada to collect. Then COVID struct and had wait 2 years. We finally got to go this March. When we picked our stuff we met them at the gate where the items were stored . They said everything was in one container (it wasn't) We got back to hotel and realized 2 televsions were missing. We called and only found one. They gave us another tv which was way smaller. We also realized there were items that didn't belong us. When we got back there were a lot of items missing. We called them and they there was nothing else. The items that were missing were not that expensive but we wanted them. They did nothing to correct this. I would not recommend them. Be careful with these guys.
We used R&J as the reviews were good--they were to pack and move us 2 hours away. It did not involve moving any furniture--just the misc. parts of our lives. On the day of the move--one man showed up with his teenage son and his son's teenage friend. They packed up our house using NO packing materials. Plates, glasses etc were thrown into boxes along with whatever was around them! When we unpacked and set up our new house--everything--I mean everything was banged up. But, the biggest problem was our fairly new computer--when turned on had a broken screen. When they were contacted regarding this one thing--we were told that since we did not take a picture of the box--they were not responsible. They charged us $6000 to only move our misc. house supplies 2 hours and it was a disaster. Do NOT use this mover!
