We hired him to do a parking lot reseal for us, he took the money and ran, did an 1/8 of the lot with the weakest seal ever seen...DO NOT HIRE THIS DISHONEST PERSON FOR ANYTHING

Paid for a clear coat on my car. Richard did not complete it, leaving parts unfinished. Took the money and said he'd finish it the following week.
He's been dodging my calls since then.
Dishonest. Do not hire.
