I want to take this moment to introduce myself, my name is James Rodriguez. I have twelve years experience in law enforcement and military. I have worked as a Supervision Officer for twelve years conducting presentence investigations. I have testified as an expert witness in different cases. Also, hold a bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Texas A&M in Corpus Christi and a Master of Criminology from University of Texas- San Antonio.
