If I could leave zero stars, I would. My lead mover, Darius, brought four teenagers and one dolly with him to unload 26' foot full truck. He didn't know what he was doing, nor did his help. What should have taken a few hours ended up taking five and a half. He tried on a few occasions to end the job before it was complete claiming he was worried about what it would cost me. The day after the move I communicated with Hire a Help, the original contractor, to finalize the invoice. For a variety of reasons unknown to me, they were not able to complete it until the next morning. Darius texted me, since he payment had not yet been released by Hire a Helper, in a wildly unprofessional manner, immediately accusing me of trying to not pay the bill and calling me a scammer. At no point did he ask me if I new what the issue was, just made character assassinations. He ended the conversation with "f*!k off".

Hired them to load and unload from my storage unit to new house. Showed up with a couple of illegals, saying that his crew was on other jobs. These guys have no business in moving. They threw all of my stuff in the garage or on the front lawn. Many pieces of furniture were either scratched or broken, one of my TVs had the screen completely smashed in. And if that wasn't enough, they hit my house with the moving truck, which they made me rent, btw.
When I messaged them about it, their response was 'How do we know you didn't do all that damage'.
I am beyond pissed and am filing a lawsuit in small claims over their complete disregard for my furniture and other possessions.
