If I could, I would give this company a negative 5 review. I have never dealt with more incompetent people in my entire life. This is not hyperbole.
They were over an hour late, and when they showed up, they literally spoke no English whatsoever. I couldn't communicate with them to explain the parking that I had arranged for them, and after making various wild gesticulations to indicate that they weren't going to park, they just left.
-5/5, and if the owner of this company is reading this, please ... <censored> ... . You have cost me lots of time and money.
Don't hire these people. They will ruin your move.
SY Moving is great! They were professional, quick and very nice. Not one thing was broken in the move. No hidden fees! I'd use them again and I recommend SYMoving to everyone.
