I wish that I would have read these reviews before I called. This guy sends his brother Rick out to do repairs. He had actually worked on my truck twice before and I was happy with his service and he seemed like a nice, honest guy. The third time, he pulled the same scam as I am seeing in these reviews. He needed $300 to pick up a part and he would be back the next day to complete the repair. it is over a week later and Rick will not respond to my texts and Scott is denying any liability since I gave his employee (Rick) the money not him. As the other reviewers say, stay away from this scammer

Con man! Very dishonest, I gave him $150 to go pick up a part and haven’t heard from him since. He won’t answer my calls or texts. Certified Con man!

I do not recommend him (Scott James). He did a poor job repairing my brakes and would not come back to fix them. He said he would come to repair, and then continued not to show up. Now he wont answer phone calls or email. I ended up having to pay another mechanic to "fix" Scott's work at a cost of over $600.

This guy is a scam, do not use him at all, you've been warned. Many people have been messed over by this guy.
