Most Family Law Custody cases start at a total of $1500 with ONE DOWN PAYMENT OF $500 AND Two payments of $500 and $500 before your court hearing. This is what I charge. This is my payment plan up front. You know best. Do this for yourself and your benefit without someone else's advice. You know what is best. I work with working people. I want to help you. Again, I work with working people. I take Money Orders only.

If you cannot afford this payment plan for your Civil and Family law case, I may refer you to a local Legal Assistance Clinic in the Tampa Bay area. If you are indigent status, I may refer you to them. I will try and help you but all new clients in payment plans need to be able to pay. You need to be able to commit to a payment plan for me to help you. I cannot work for free.
