Mind Your Manners Canine Training

MAJOR ISSUES. We took our 4 dogs to Mind Your Manners for training. 2 as obedience, 1 emotional support and 1 full service dog. . From the beginning there were issues with communications but we tried to work with them. Their business practices and communications are reprehensible. There was always a different story about pick up days, they never sent progress photos as promised, they would stop communicating for days at a time, the list goes on. Since we brought our dogs home in July of 2017 I have been trying to get them to send our dogs ID Cards and vests. I have called, emailed, sent yelp messages, texted, etc. Once in a while I will get a quick response with a "Sorry, they will go out tomorrow", then 2 weeks later when they don't show up I start the whole process over again. Last week, my text messages were bounced back. Today a new phone number appeared on Yelp and they actually answered. More stories. It has been OVER 15 MONTHS that I have been trying to resolve this

I have been boarding my sweet girl Yoohoo with for several years. Yoohoo is so happy to get there, her tail starts wagging and she is jumping from the front seat to the back until we park.I take my baby here because she always leaves happy and because I know she is safe.

As good as it gets. Very pleased with the results my Wife and I got when my pug Boo came home from training. Boo is our baby so we are picky when it comes to leaving him especially for 21 days but we are so glad that we did it and cant say thank you enough.

I picked my baby Charlie up last Friday and have had him home a week now and am so happy I got him trained. I can walk him in my neighborhood without him pulling and barking at other dogs passing by. I also am very pleased with the overall training and support after I left. I was not sure when I pulled in but Shelly greeted me and Charlie and made us feel right at home. Don't use these people, they are liars. they show 2 different addresses, ... (personal information was removed) ... . And you have to call them about a dozen times before they answer the phone. I understand the only one training is Mancini and Shelly. They have no office, just a car office. They say the are licensed and bonded. No sign of that anywhere. and They don't live on the farm field that the dogs are kept at. Beware, they should not be in business. The storage trailer also has no air conditioning, so the dogs are in a hot box . They also use shock collars as seen in a picture on a bench. Don't send your fur babies to get abused.
