I was lied to and disrespected less than 1 hour before Patti was scheduled to pick up my pup for his first day of daycare. On Wednesday 5/18, we arranged for his 1st day of daycare to be Friday 5/20.
Ms Patti, you went back on your word and then you give me three different excuses as to why you’re refusing service, one of those reasons trying to blame the customer? Reasons given, 1) supposedly you didn’t hear back from me even though we settled everything on Wednesday, 2) you were on grand concourse (about 20 min away from me) but you didn’t know if you could make it before 8:30 as we previously discussed, and 3) I was giving you a weird vibe.. is that because I called you out on your flip flopping excuses and unprofessionalism? And let’s be clear, I never disrespected you once nor raised my voice.
