PLEASE READ IF YOU VALUE YOUR BELONGINGS!!!
I hired 2 movers on 12/19/20 to load my belongings from a 5X10 storage unit onto a 16' moving truck.
I drove 16 hours to from Charlotte, NC to Dallas, TX and discovered that a considerable amount of MY ITEMS WERE MISSING!!!!!
THE MOVERS LEFT SEVERAL OF MY BELONGINGS ON THE ELEVATOR AT THE STORAGE FACILITY!!!
MY ITEMS WERE STOLEN from the storage facility!!!!
The owner of SMF Moving & Staging, took NO RESPONSIBILITY and was extremely belligerent! HE REFUSED TO COMPENSATE ME FOR ANY OF MY LOST BELONGINGS!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, NEGLIGANT AND IRRESPONSIBLE.
