My daughter hired this company to load her 1 br, 3rd floor apartment into a moving truck. Booked months in advance, confirmed the week before. They sent text messages that they were on the way. Never showed in their promised arrival window. 90 minutes past their promised time, they finally called and said they were way over booked, and had a person not show because it might rain. It never did. Said they would get to us that day, they just didn't know when. He admitted that over booking was a big problem for them and getting reliable workers was an issue as well. We ended up doing it ourselves and getting her to her new apartment in another state near midnight. Think twice before hiring them or get a substantial late arrival credit in the contract. Maybe that will ensure they will show up.
