Strong Back Labor 24

DO NOT USE. No show. Sporadic and misleading (at best) communication. Simply needed help loading a hot tub onto my own trailer. Planned and scheduled this ahead of time as I lived 2 1/2 hours away. Appt for 11 a.m. 9:45 and I was told they were running "a few minutes behind." That's fine. Stuff happens. No show. 11:45--I call and am told "they are unloading and heading to you. Will call when on way." I text at 12:45 and get "I'll call the guys and get back with you shortly." Nothing. 1:15-- I text again. 1:45 I receive "about another hour." My time-window was up and I had to leave. So... completely wasted 5 hours of driving, 3 hours of waiting, $80 in fuel, and the seller's time. Plus, I still have to do this all over again on another day. Pretty unethical for someone who follows their ads up with "God Bless."

Run Away and do NOT hire this moving company. The guys are ripoff and at the end, up-charge you and refuse to move your furniture unless you pay extra. They will physically threaten you as well if you do not pay.

Run away! After one "no-show" I called and was re-scheduled to later on same day. After the second "no-show" i called to see when they would arrive and he acted like the reception was bad and hung up on me. I called back, it went to voicemail. I left a message and have never heard from him again. I would rather he tell me he was not interested than to be rude to me. I immediately contracted with another company and was completely satisfied.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible.
I have a long drawn out story of how bad my experience was but this review will only let me type 1000 characters and that is not enough characters to tell how my experience was.
If you need some laborers to move some stuff a short distance with no twists or turns or nuisances and you can pay cash, then may be you would use these guys. I you are moving out of your house to another residence - Nope.

Moved a SPA / Hot Tub for us -- very professional, very nice !
