Phoenix to Dallas. Had an absolutely horrible experience with these guys and Brenda. Horrible communication, said they would be here on a certain day and showed up two days later. Was told they would be here at noon on the next day by Brenda and then found out they hadn’t even left yet. Then was told that Houston wanted to be home on Halloween with his kids and forgot that November 1st was the day after Halloween. Was told we got the entire truck and when the truck was packed at our house it was full, then when they showed up, they had ten feet of someone else’s stuff in the truck. They repacked the entire truck. we had one box that said fragile and after repacked it, it was crushed. Put a mattress in and crammed it into truck and closed door so it was covered in dirt. Broke a tv stand, caved in top of the dryer, had dings in 2 bedroom suites. Called Brenda and Houston several times and can’t get any response. Fair warning, please beware of this company.

Please do not use. I filed complaint with BBB as they use logo on site but not a member. Nothing but issues! No communication, will not let me know where my house items are stored. Asked at least 7 to 10 days in advance for my items to be taken out of storage to deliver to my new home, NO response.
When I initially had my move they were to show up at 8 o’clock in the morning only to find out they were still in Arizona and we’re getting on the road to come to Colorado. Wanted me to move my moving date one more day. The owner is really a one-man show and does not plan the schedule very well at all. There’s always an excuse that he’s in another state delayed.
Showed up to do the move late afternoon and had no truck. He Had to go and rent one!
I have reported to the Better Business Bureau. Make sure to look on yelp and on the BBB as there are filed complaints very similar to mine. I would not give them a score but I have to put a 1 star as it is required field!

These guys pretty much saved my day! They showed up and took care of everything! I didn't even have to lift a finger. Thank you!

This has been my first time using this company, and they were so professional, well-mannered and regardless of the heat they worked hard! I will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you for an awesome experience.
