We arrived to our home on Thursday September 5, 2019. We needed to see for ourselves the condition of our home.
We were actually shocked to see it was worse than we thought. I have pictures to verify some of the things we saw. There was trash under the beds, behind the sofa, the air intake was filthy. We found a large pile of WET laundry in the closet. There were bugs in the window sills, trash in trash cans, and no toilet paper. No washcloths at all and the king bed had full size sheets and quilt on it with a full-size worn-out mattress cover. You could see the mattress from the side. The dryer filter was full of lint from them doing laundry at the house (which we did agree they could do).
Now after all of these issues and replacing this horrible company, the owner Ramon REFUSES to return all of our linens and towels. We waited at the home for 5 days when Ramon promised to deliver our items.
