Booked these guys 4 weeks ago. Followed up with them at 2 weeks, they confirmed, again at 1 week, they confirmed and lastly the day before and they confirmed.
Received a text the night before the move that the person I was speaking with would not be able to make it in the morning as he had a job that went into the night but he would be sending his partners.
Fast forward to Friday am, no show at 8 am, called and texted for about 1.5 hours, got no response. Had to hire movers for same day service that were in the area but did not have the proper truck to take it all. So had to do the work myself.
Do not trust the booking or confirmation process with these guys. Would not recommend them to anyone. Totally unprofessional!!
I would give negative starts, they took a deposit and NEVER SHOWED UP!!! Refused to answer my calls, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH!!!!
