If I could give these guys zero stars I would. When I called them on the phone to inquire about their service, I was quoted 260.00 for three movers for three hours. We agreed they would start at 10am. 10am came and nothing. I called them and was told they would be there at 11. Finally they showed up at noon. These guys took no caution in moving my furniture. I found tears on a leather chair, scratches on a brand new coffee table and when they were done I was told I owed them 360.00 instead of what I was quoted. Beware of these guys before calling them. Find another mover!

I contracted with this company to come at 11 am on Sunday to move me in. They tried to contact me the day before to confirm which I had already done. I was out of town loading truck to be unloaded in Charleston. My phone went dead. I saw the message from them on Sunday and called and they told me I had not confirmed which I had already done previously. Said they would come after their current job. I called at 11 am. I texted them at 2 pm, 2:30 pm and then called at 3 PM and nobody answered. It is almost 4 pm and nobody has shown up or answered my call. I had to contract out with another company to come on Monday and I had to take the day off from work to get this done. I would highly suggest that you think hard before hiring this company to move anything for you. Not people of their word.

Made my appointment on March 22nd, almost 3 months in advance before I needed to move even though the move is only 3 miles away from my current apartment. The week before my move I messaged them to make sure everything was ok. They stated that there was to be a 30$ stair fee that they didn't tell me about (which I was fine about). 3 days before the move they text (and they didn't even have the stones to call) and he stated via text "well pass thanks" 3 days before I needed to move after planning it with him months in advance. Talking to the guy on the phone was extreamly hard as well because he didn't seem to grasp common sense so it was hard simply explaining "we are moving from point A to point B". Extremely unprofessional and would never recommend them to anyone.

I needed help unpacking my Pods on Memorial Day weekend. They did an excellent job. The were on time, quick and very responsibly priced. I would hire them again.
