Tim is a scammer. Once he has your credit card he waits a little while and then tries to charge you again, hoping you will not notice. I have caught him twice trying to charge extra amounts - one was over a year since I last spoke to him. I had to report it as fraud to my credit card. If Tim has your credit card info, watch it carefully, he will try to steal from you.
