I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. We had our stairs and flooring done and when I tell you the quality was so HORRIBLE that we had to have a PROFESSIONAL company come out to repair. But what we found out was she used 2x4 on each step and made it a box look. They had to demolish the flooring to redo them. I would SUGGEST you select another company to save yourself a lot of money. And I was NOT offered any of my money back after several messages back and forth.
TNT Repairs & Home improvements: You were not denied a refund. You did not allow us to document the state of the site before issuing a refund. We were unaware there was a remaining issue and was therefore unable to offer recourse until you reached out about a refund. Once you reached out we were denied access to physically see the issue. Also no 2x4s were used on your stairs. I used what you purchased.
TNT Repairs did tree small projects for us. It were interior painting, leaf clean up and porch repair. They did a perfect job and were professional. Looking forward to working with them again!
