In response to Angelia Neumann's review, the 3 weeks she waited was First Americans slow response to warranty work. We waited 3 weeks for the part to be received by First American Home Warranty. It's them she needs to review. We no longer do warranty work for them. Also she was told she had a massive airflow restriction which she was informed of. We know how to install rollers in a dryer

Took 3 weeks to repair a dryer. Repairs only lasted 6 weeks. Tom’s didn’t return voicemails for followup service. New service provider had to be called and determined the previous work was installed incorrectly. New provider did repairs on the spot.

Tom's Same Day Appliance Repair: You failed to mention 2 things, we were working for First American home warranty and they were responsible for ordering parts. The 3 weeks you waited was because First American didn't send them for 3 weeks. Secondly we let you know that you had a massive air flow restriction in your duct that if it didn't get fixed the dryer would break down again. We installed rollers and thermal cut out. If these parts were installed incorrectly it wouldn't have ran the first day we installed them. This is a misleading bad review.
