I would highly suggest no one ever uses this company to move. They are extremely unprofessional and will try Add charges $$$ after delivery. There were items from my apartment that were left on the truck that I was informed about until later that day . The company told me they will hold on to my items seeing as I left out of town to take a flight. After returning no one seems to know where my items are And after several calls no type of solution to the issue was made. Their company Is bottom line in the moving truck looks like it’s about to fall apart. After speaking with the owner of the company I realize it was best for me not to waste my time any further but instead report them to the BBC.

This is the worse experience I have ever had during a move. Some of my household items never made it to my new location. The items that were finally delivered after numerous phone calls were either dirty, burned, or permanently damaged. Derrick Fields and his workers are the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. I reached out to BBB and reported them but since the address is fake I was not able to file a complaint so it becomes public record. I also reached out to the NC Utilities Commission who regulates carriers and found out they are not registered in NC and are not a legitimate transportation business.. After Mr Fields was contacted by each agency, 3 of my missing items showed up at my apartment door by someone who tipped toes up my stairs and left them. Do not do business with this man. In addition, All Four Points Moving is part of this fraud. They operate as a call center who sends referrals to these companies without properly ensuring they are legit.
