They did a terrible job. They were drinking on the job and when confronted I felt threatened.

Yovan is very professional, worked very hard to get everything done that I needed, very reasonably priced, I would definitely hire him again. I have been using his services for years.

I'm a disabled veteran.
Yovan took a lot of money upfront and promised an itemized receipt which took over a week to finally receive, only to find dollar amounts changed!
He attempted to makeshift one by putting one lump sum on it without itemizing, then after much back and forth he finally randomly typed in some services that differed greatly then what was discussed ($200 for light sweeping, pulling a few weeds, etc. which he had offered to do as a courtesy)
He placed a beam 10 feet overhead and said he drill it it in and said he would paint later. The beam was later revealed to not have been drilled when it fell and broke 6 months later) and also damaged the electrical outlet. He used the same broken piece of wood. He replaced the cover to the outlet but refused to fix the outlet (which requires stucco work)and told me I had other issues to worry about instead
He cursed and threatened me when I asked him to fix this
