Pricing is dependent on surface area and cut (obstacles like doors and windows). You can obtain a rough estimate by phone. Bulk discounts are offered for property owners, managers, multi-housing community operators, and realtors.
Estimated Pricing based on up to 2 coats of paint and an average room size (12' x 12' with 8'-10' ceiling height):

<li>Walls and ceilings: $100 per room</li>
<li>Walls, ceilings, and woodwork (excluding chair rails and crown molding): $125 per room</li>
<li>Furniture moving, wall patching/repair, and caulking are not included in the standard pricing.</li>
<li>Multi-story open areas and stairwells are extra.</li>
<li>Paints are purchased by the customer. Pickup of customer furnished paint is complementary.</li>
<li>Tools of the trade (brushes, rollers, tarps, etc.) are supplied at no additional cost.</li>
