Houses under 1100 sq ft- $20/hr- Small apartment/ houses
Houses under 1500 sq ft- $25/hr
Houses over 1600- 3000 sq ft- $30/hr
On a average, it can take up to 5-6 hrs for houses 1500-3000 sq ft. It really just depends on what you want done. Dusting fans, removing cob webs and cleaning every window tends to take longer. If I'm just doing a basic tidy clean, not including blinds/ windows, it won't take as long. It all depends on what's need to be done. The first cleaning tends to be longer, just due to getting familiar with your house. You can be present during the cleaning or you can leave a key if your at work, pets must be outdoors or lock in a cage during cleaning. I prefer to work with females or married couples only. I guarantee that you will be happy with my services. One thing I'm good at is house keeping. I started doing house keeping when I was about 14 years old with my mother. So, I'm very experienced and flexible with my schedule.
