Our Home Health team provides supportive in-home caregiver services, allowing your loved one to maintain their optimum level of independence.

We offer an array of at home personal care services for individuals and couples. These experienced caregivers are available on a 24-hour live-in basis to help with a variety of in-home senior personal assistance services for clients living in the NY, NJ and CT.

Our services include customized personal/ elder assistance plans. We recognize that everyone's needs are different, therefore our companions evaluate each situation on an individual basis to develop a care plan that meets each client's specific needs.

Program Goals:

Providing personal assistance as clients recover from a hospitalization or injury
Ensuring that the patient and caregiver comply with the medication regimen and rehabilitation program
