Are you looking for a handyman or a skilled construction worker?

I was born and raised working in construction with my father. As a teen I started my own construction career by going to work for a national restoration company. I was there over a decade then went on to work for large general contractors, managing and working on large office buildings, apartment complexes, individual homes, building my own home and many family members homes. I have over 27 years experience of working in the construction business.

My rates are very reasonable. I am insured and have references available.

I left the corporate world of working 60-80 hours a week to dedicate more time to family. I believe in the old fashion values of being prompt, reliable, honest, fair, providing reasonable rates and treating a customer with true value and respect.

I'm interested in taking on work from property managers, property owners with multiple properties, realtors, investment companies etc. ... make ready's, turn key's, small or large list of repairs, remodels, add on's, or punch list ... Big or small... Residential or Commercial. . . I welcome all work.
