I hired Michelle to fix a roof leak in a house in process to be sold. I choose her because she agree getting into the house attic to replace the wet insolation and to check for further damage that need it to be addressed. She fix the leak and pointed to wait about a week to allow it to dry before placing the new insolation. I agree. She asked to be pay for the job and leave Pending $50. I offered to pay $100. She assured me that she will finish it. We set up and confirmed the appointment. I live 45 drive. I waited an hour. She give me all kind of excuses to include been sick but she said she was coming, it was almost noon and more than 2 hours waiting when she played the “upset role”and finally said she was NOT coming without ANY consideration whatsoever for myself and her responsibilities to finish the job. I found myself in a difficult situation were there was not insolation placed back into the attic and an inspection coming. NOT professional-LACK of credibility.
