As a business attorney, my flat-fee is a "lost-leader" for me considering the time it requires of me. But I do so because eventually you will need a business attorney to draft your day-to-day operating contracts and we'll have a relationship where I know you, and you will know me and what I can do for you in the coming years.</p>
