Hello, my name is Perry Brooks Nichols and I am a classical, flamenco, and electric guitarist performing on the professional concert level in the Central Dallas area.

I studied classical guitar with Robert Guthrie at SMU, Brad McLemore of Soul Food Cafe, and pro jazz cat Chuck Pangburn and have a commanding technique and large repetoire of works I can play which are suitable for social gatherings, parties, weddings, gallery openings, memorials, funerals, etc.

I have made numerous recordings for small film soundtrack projects, studio work etc. in jazz, rock and classical contexts.

I can play intimate spaces as well as large spaces with my excellent PA/amplifier systems. For ambient effect, I can also add various textures via effects pedals and my advanced looper.

I also play the Vo-96 which is a new expansion on the resonant and sustain capabilities of the Acoustic Guitar, so that ambient and atmospheric music is easy to create without the need for extra amplification.
