I am an "ex Union Carpenter" offering the HIGHEST quality services in home construction at the LOWEST price PERIOD!! My prices are beyond "competitive" and We are generally near HALF the price of others! What most of society does not know, and what ALL of the contractors do not want them to, is that up to 75% of your bid/estimate... cost to YOU, is in the labor.

For example, A deck that you get an estimate for 12 thousand dollars, potentially, has a lumber(all material) list for under 5! If everyone is in the same ballpark in price at 12 thousand for said deck, then one contractor can bid the job at 10K and, to most, look like he's saved you 2 thousand dollars. The reality is he will show up one evening during the week and drill out and pour your post footings(so as concrete to be cured enough to build on by weekend) and come in Saturday with a couple guys to frame your deck.

Finishing the handrail early Sunday afternoon to leave with his 5K+ in profit.... for 2 days work?? I've never understood the greed, just because everyone else charges these ridiculous rates, one can justify themselves by being the "cheapest expensive" bid of all. I don't look to make thousands of dollars a day with your project. I offer SECOND TO NONE craftsmanship with prices not even in comparison to others alike.
