No drum set needed to start. No previous drum or percussion experience required..............
All lessons include the fundamentals of drums and percussion, rhythm theory and Music theory along with:
Learning to play the PAS 40 basic Rudiments.
Learning How to read music and play along with a metronome.
Playing Drums/Percussion from small to large groups of Musicians.
Learning to Ad-Lib and Play by Ear.
Learning how to play in a Live or Studio setting.
How to Tune drums for different settings and learn the difference between the different types of drum heads.
Learn the difference between the different types of woods and metals drums and cymbals are made out of and what part they play in different styles of music.
Learn different styles and grooves of music like Latin, Rock, Afro-Cuban, Jazz, Country, Reggea, ect.
Learn extensive study of different musical styles, solo concepts, and drum technique.
All Lesson are a half an hour long once a week and are tailored to fit your needs...
