I have been trimming our brood mares and show horses' feet for the last couple of years. I've been fortunate to have spent a small amount of time with a farrier who worked on a 2015 Kentucky Derby horse. We have had horses for 10+ years and I handle them everyday. I have also trimmed goat and sheep hooves.
