Premium full care for your equine partner at a private stable with all the amenities you want or need. Also always included are peace and quiet, no traffic, no public access, privacy and virtually unshared use of facilities. It's like having your own horse property without all the work. No more than six horses total on the property at any given time. The property is beautiful with amazing views, large turnout areas, and close in to Colorado Springs/Falcon/Black Forest. Exceptional maintenance and management.

I am graduate level educated, recently retired military, and lifelong horsewoman. I do understand what it is to balance horse ownership with a busy lifestyle, long work hours, and travel away from home. Your horse will receive the same care, attention, and love as my own horse no matter the other demands on your time. I am experienced with first time horse owners, rescue horse rehab, senior horses, hard keepers, and horses with bad habits/undesired behaviors both on the ground and under saddle. I am experienced with caring for, training, and riding many different breeds such as Quarterhorse, Arabian, Thoroughbred (and other warmbloods), and gaited horses. I can also provide fundamental ground training, desensitizing, training under saddle, and riding lessons (English or Western) with you and your horse at very reasonable rates.

I can help you gain your horse's respect, regain any confidence lost, and show you how to train your horse to be a willing, respectful, and trusted partner. Inside box stall $425 per month. Box stall with 32' run and Dutch doors $450 per month. Owner provides all desired grain and/or supplements. Pricing discount available for ponies. Please no donkeys, mules, stallions, wild horses, minis, or mares with foal. Minimum age accepted is two years, gelded if a colt, and halter broke. No maximum age.

Free trailer parking for trailers not exceeding maximum length 24' long from tongue to tail. Trailers longer than 24' feet incur a parking space fee of $25 per month
Space in tack room with saddle rack, bridle rack, and supplied storage containers
Use of wash stall in barn
Stalls are 12x12, fully matted with all needed grain/water buckets, mineral block holders, halter rack, blanket rack, and slow hay feeders.
Active fly mitigation. Manure is not kept in large piles on property. Manure is placed in large covered dumpster and picked up weekly.
Priefert round pen with sand footing. 80'x160 outdoor arena with incredible riding views coming spring when ground thaws.
All fencing is horse safe, periodically inspected, and well maintained.
Pasture/turn out is grass in warmer months.
Ride neighborhood trails from property or to Section 16 in Black Forest. Latigo is a short haul away.
