Experienced painter with experience working on various projects throughout the Chicago area since 2010. I currently work in property management as a leasing agent and assistant property manager. I am 24 years old and college educated. (If you are trying to rent/ sell your apt/ home after painting, I may be able to help with that too.)
You provide the paint. I provide all other supplies. Tarps, brushes, rollers, tape, etc
Recommended paint suppliers.
Behr (from home Depot or Menards) or anything from Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore
Typically I work for $180 per day (includes cost of non-paint supplies), maximum 8 hours, however I can negotiate a flat rate for the project too. No payment required until job completed.
