About
Professional painter with over 10 years of experience and excellent references (available upon request). Each and every paint job is done quickly, neatly and precisely.
- Medium to large rooms (living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, offices, etc.) $150- $250 - Small rooms (hallways, closets, bathrooms, offices, etc.) $150- $200
- Outdoor areas (decks, patios, garage doors, etc.) $100- $300 - Furniture/ other indoor- outdoor items $100- $200 * Note: All cleanup of paint job is included in listed prices and will be done by me.
Customers must supply adequate cans of paint needed to complete job and ladder/step stool, I will provide all other tools including tarps/plastic to protect floors/ furniture. Rooms with decorative borders (as pictured) or multicolor on singular wall/ item are an additional $30.
All furniture/ items must be moved prior to my arrival, or I will be happy to move them for you at an additional $50 per room. Prices may vary based on room/ item size and completion time (but are never higher than $300). Will work day, nights, weekends and travel to all 5 boroughs.
