Mark's Handyman service specializes in home repairs and sprinkler system repairs.
I do all my own work so I am better suited for repairs and upgrades verse major projects.

My services are best used if you have a hit list of items that need repairs, have supplies or new items available to install and at least 2 hours of repairs needed.I do give free estimates on larger repairs or projects within my service area listed below. Services offered include the following,

Carpentry - cabinet repairs, trim and baseboards, wood fence replacement and repairs, new post and gate repairs, deck repairs and refinishing, install shelves or build new ones.
Plumbing--fixture replacement, faucets,sinks,garbage disposals, swamp coolers, if your drain is clogged and not draining call a licensed plumber, the $99 dollar guys.
Electrical--new light fixtures, switches, ceiling fans, receptacles.
Tile work-- bathroom floors including showers and tub walls, kitchen tile, floors and back-splash, also tub or shower wall enclosure kits.
Painting --Exterior trim, interior painting,drywall repairs,and texture.
Big Screen TV installation with concealed wiring.
Sprinkler repairs and start-up in the spring and summer months.
Handy cap accessibility items, hand rails, grab bars in bathroom.
Steel hand railings for interior and exterior.
