We specialize in the diagnosis & repair of major household appliances: refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves, ovens, washers, dryers, (we do not service microwave ovens).
OUR PRINCIPLES ARE STRAIGHTFORWARD: A diagnostic fee of $50 will be charged for our visit, but this charge will be waived if you decide to repair your appliance. Your repair charge will consist of $60 plus the cost of a needed part.
Your service technician is paid what he earns on your service call; we are not charging you to help pay for other employees behind the scenes. We won't mark-up needed repair parts to retail value. We get a discount on parts and can pass savings on to you! We are committed to five fundamental values: honesty, trust, fairness, respect and responsibility.
