Outdoor survival lessons!

Hello all!
Micaiah here, or y'all can just call me Caiah. I'm offering to teach some basic survival/outdoor lessons regarding firemaking, water purification, dealing with hypothermia, etc. Also can make you a customized fitness plan too. I'm really flexible as to what any of you may want to learn and If I'm not familiar enough with it I'll learn it and teach you!

I'm not a pro, but I know a thing or to and I can help build up your immunity to cold water, and how to hold your breath for a long time. That may sound silly but it's some good stuff to learn.
