I have 2 National recognized certifications,3 Specialty certs; Level 1 TX,Level 2 TRX Sports and Medicine and I am a Certified Running Coach. I have over 8 years experience.My clients range from 9-75 years old.I have worked with diabetics, clients who have bata blockers,injuries and a lot more.We will work with Kettle bells,body bars,Stability balls and push up bars just to name a few.All I need is your dedication.I will take care of all the motivation and holding you accountable.We can do 1hr,1/2 h sessions are group classes if their is more than 1 of you.
My rates are VERY reasonable. The main goal is to help you get to where you want to be.
