PLUMBING ----- Install, repair, or replace toilets, sinks, shower, faucets, shut off valves, dishwashers, clogged drains, submersible pumps, garbage disposals, tank or tankless water heaters, and water softeners, almost all plumbing.
— BATHROOM SERVICES ----- Caulking sink, around tub, toilet, and bathroom floor; Replace wax ring, grout tile shower and floor; Install/Remove medicine cabinet, shower rod, soap dispenser, toilet paper dispenser, toilet seat, towel bar, mirrors.
— ELECTRICAL ----- Replace receptacle or regular outlets, fuse boxes, switches, thermostats, phone jack; Repair/Replace indoor and outdoor light fixtures, regular ceiling fan or w/remote; Repair/Replacing electric stoves, dishwasher, and exhaust fan; Install/Repair/Replace garage door openers.
— DRYWALL ----- Patch holes, water damage repair, remove or replace walls, ceilings.

— LANDSKEEPING ----- General lawn care; such as lawn mowing, trimming, pruning, grass spot patching, fertilizing, leaf raking, and snow removal.
