My name is Charles "Chip" Sebastian and I have been a martial arts practitioner and teacher since 1984. I am currently ranked as an 8th Dan Hanshi (Senior Master) through Kiyojute Ryu Kempo Bugei and also am a Grandmaster (Ta Si Fan) in Tsung Shi Tai Chi Chuan.

I mainly teach private lessons out of my home, offering a myriad of benefits from training, including:

Classes are a taught in 2-hour sessions, with a warm-up at the beginning, followed by personalized,
traditional training.

The focus of this training is exclusively for self defense and becoming street/combat-effective. I do not teach any of the modern-day watered-down sport derivatives of the traditional training for protection, war, and health. If ring-fighting, competition and trophies are your end-goal, I'm not your guy.

The training is done family-style, which means it's not militaristic and the teacher works out with you. It's a relaxed atmosphere and Kempo ultimately adapts to you. With that being said, I've had students with many physical issues over the years who thought they would not be able to train as a result. These have included missing limbs, osteoarthritis, hypertension, heart problems, cancer, the list goes on and on.
